About This Opportunity

We are now looking for Automated Operations Manager to be responsible for coordination and overall execution of automated operations activities according to EOE model, transform NOC operations towards agile automated delivery, having multi-technology, multivendor knowledge and end-to end understanding of the Network Operation Centre Processes. As a main responsibility, in this role you will be managing and defining tools for front office delivery; engaging with customer technical staff to shape processes and achieve contracted SLAs; working with stakeholders from sales team, Customer, Tools teams, Back office and field operation to assure smooth delivery for contract and achieving contracted targets.

What You Will Do

  • Lead automated operations delivery covering all related NOC processes and performance.
  • Engage with Tools teams to transform ways of working in the NOC towards more automation.
  • Lead Cost optimization and efficiency improvement changes in Front office.
  • Support field maintenance and back-office teams to achieve contacted targets.
  • Lead a big team and handle their progression and growth.
  • Handle specific contract delivery performance E2E.
  • Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units.
  • Drive operational excellence with efficiency control.
  • Interface and manage customers’ expectations.

You will bring

  • Education: (Engineering Major)
  • Min years of experience (5-10) Years experience in telecom sector with a vendor or operator)
  • Domain experience: (Front Office Operation, OSS, Tools and automation, Operation transformation)
  • Capabilities and knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
  • High presentations skills to create and show dashboard to reflect NOC performance using automations tools.
  • Leading and supervising, have coaching skills.
  • Delivering results and meeting expectations
  • Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
  • Market insight, business understanding and Ericsson knowledge.
  • Financial skills
