Job Objective

To contribute to the accurate and organized execution of audit and financial review processes by collecting and analyzing accounting data, supporting the audit team in verifying the company's compliance with financial policies and accounting standards, with the aim of ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in executing financial audit and internal review procedures.
• Collect and analyze financial documents and data from clients.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Prepare reports and provide initial observations to the lead auditor.
• Collaborate with various departments to obtain required documentation.
• Contribute to evaluating compliance with accounting policies and international standards (IFRS & ISA).
• Participate in client field visits and accurately document observations.
• Effectively use audit software such as 1Audit or ODOO.
• Submit preliminary reports and observations to the senior auditor for review.
• Prepare working papers in accordance with professional and company standards.
• Perform initial audit tasks as per the defined work plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Completion of the qualification program for verifying local content ratio
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• High attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and data
• Good skills in Microsoft Office programs and accounting systems
