About the Job:

As Strategy & Corporate Performance Associate, you will be involved in all the above responsibilities. You will have the chance to lead some projects and support others. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy & Corporate development.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting strategic projects that have wider impact on multiple business units
• Leading and supporting strategic partnership projects
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the corporate and business strategy of Almosafer, and ensuring alignment of strategy across Units
• Managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring the overall performance of Almosafer and its Units
• Acting as a strategic advisor to all stakeholders within the company

Profile Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast - paced environment with limited supervision (including proactively seeking guidance when needed)
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at executive levels
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with great attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
• A demonstrated track record of both academic and professional success

Good to have

• Experience in travel and tourism
• Prior consulting experience
• Prior finance / investment experience
