The Service Coordinator for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring support Service Function in boosting Customer Excellence through active dispatching of customer work order requests. This role is responsible for driving revenue by managing the flow of customer workflow, purchase order, proactively schedules Preventative Maintenance (PM) service visits, coordinates installations, decommissions, and moves of equipment, and place part orders for the Field Service organization. Works closely with Field Service Engineers and Service Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Dispatch work orders to the Field Service Engineer team and coordinate complex scheduling using CRM & Service Max for incoming repairs (emergency and non-emergency) and Preventative Maintenance.
  • Subject matter expert on active dispatch strategy for the dispatch team.
  • Systematic planning & implementation related to new installation, preventative maintenance (PMs), Field Action Notes (FANs) and Field Technical Update (FTUs) for successful closure with the support from team.
  • Responsible for forecasting and tracking tools, spare parts & test equipment’s calibration.
  • Ensure optimal inventory level of spare parts for the region in collaboration with Head of service.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Associate degree with a minimum 3-5 year of customer service experience OR equivalent work experience (minimum of 3 years customer service).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools & CRM (advance Excel and PPT).
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
  • Familiarity/Previous experience with Radiometer products and solutions is highly preferred
