This role reports to the Head of Sales MENA – Industry, and we will need someone on the ground in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Now, we’re looking for an Associate Sales Engineer to join our Industry team in Saudi Arabia and help us make a difference.
This role reports to the Head of Sales MENA – Industry, and we will need someone on the ground in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll do:
As our new Associate Sales Engineer, you will:
- Drive sales growth within your designated area by developing new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
- Introduce innovative Grundfos solutions to customers and explain their benefits.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction to foster loyalty.
- Monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, profitability, and debt collection.
- Share market insights and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen our business results.
- Conduct customer training sessions to raise awareness of our offerings.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales within a large international company.
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Technical expertise and business acumen, with a passion for customer-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
