This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Directs the Mace Logistics team and supply chain, accountable for project costs and budgets, ensuring a quality service is provided, ensuring works planned and monitored.

• Develops key working relationships with Principal Contractors site management and tier 1 suppliers.

• Oversees health safety, wellbeing and environmental requirements of the logistic subcontract package aligned with Principal Contractors and client expectations.

• Monitors activities of Mace Logistics suppliers and reviews changes to Mace Logistics scope, notifies commercial manager of changes to scope.

• Oversees daily and weekly activities are performed to ensure successful delivery of service.

• Partners with principal contractors site management team, collaborates with tier 1 suppliers, overseeing the monitoring and assessment of needs and benefits, ensuring work is captured and in accordance with contract documentation.

• Collaborates with senior internal and external stakeholders, developing effective working relationships, overseeing service delivery and service innovation.

• Responsible for optimal workforce levels and site operations, ensuring a competent and safe working environment.

• Ensures that the monitoring and reporting of waste trends, traffic flows and delivery quantities are undertaken with an aim to improving productivity.

• Oversees site cleaning operation and waste suppliers to agreements.

• Drives the overseeing and management of asset registers for plant & equipment, ensuring regular completion of audits and monitoring of assets.

• Directs the retention of health & safety file documentation ensuring all statutory requirements are achieved.

• Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.

• Drives transformational change.

• Accountable for the Mace logistics contract costs and budget.

• Contributes/inputs into project logistics and traffic management strategy development, develops plans and oversees the delivery and manages delivery of the logistic service provision.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

• Member of a relevant professional body.
