In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance team, providing support to DME consulting treasury team in day-to-day banking related operational matters, bank reconciliations, month end and year end activities.

During your tenure as a Treasury Operations Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Record bank payments and perform timey bank reconciliations
  • Perform and follow up on manual and advance payments
  • Bank approval/user maintenance
  • Optimize cash flow by efficiently managing working capital and liquidity
  • Monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
  • Implement initiatives to enhance cash visibility and liquidity management
  • Manage currency risks associated with the company's international transactions
  • Monitor and analyze currency market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other relevant external partners
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services, credit facilities, and other treasury-related agreements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits of treasury functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Understand foreign exchange and financial markets
  • Are inquisitive, confident and flexible – you thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
  • Have a close attention to detail and a global mindset
  • Experience working with financial systems and ability to leverage technology to achieve greater working efficiencies
  • Drive quality and accountability of results from initial input collection to final outcomes
  • Build strong relationships, establish trust, identify needs and motivate teams to drive operational and strategic priorities
  • Strong interpersonal/teaming skills and the ability to work effectively with and influence senior executives and business leaders
  • Superior PowerPoint, Excel, Excel macros and Microsoft Dynamics skills
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Arabic preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and preferably Saudi National
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Treasury Reporting or Research Reporting profile
  • Experience of working in a professional services organization is preferred but not essential.
