The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The associate visualisation director leads and develops a team of visualisation specialists to support Mace’s business growth. This role oversees resource planning and project delivery, ensuring outputs meet quality, time, and budget expectations across multiple projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the creation of high-quality 3D content, including Virtual City products and XR studio operations.
• Manage Arch-Viz environments and digital information workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on visualisation best practices across diverse project types.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align visualisation outputs with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve visualisation standards, libraries, and guidelines.
• Drive process improvements and implement lessons learned.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs and OKRs.
• Lead recruitment and resource planning, including freelance support.
• Develop and execute the visualisation strategy and business plan.
• Ensure effective use of tools, templates, and workload tracking systems.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Support sustainability goals by integrating carbon-conscious practices.
• Champion a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• A degree in a related subject e.g. computer arts, mathematics, or architecture (or equivalent).
• Significant demonstratable relevant experience in a visualisation role (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering large/complex projects.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
