The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury -use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivers assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget
• Leads and manages design teams and daily design operations across projects
• Presents KPIs and performance data to leadership
• Supports business development and training initiatives
• Ensures adherence to management systems and project responsibilities
• Acts as the main contact for all design-related matters
• Recommend improvements to delivery plans and design processes
• Advice on procurement, contracts, and legal aspects
• Promotes technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration
• Supports carbon reduction and net zero goals in project delivery
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree qualification.
• Design Management experience.
• Middle East Experience.
