Associate Director - Project Management

This pivotal role will involve leading the project management efforts for various high-profile developments, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of project management for multiple development projects, driving them from conception through to completion
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies to maximize efficiency and deliver quality outcomes
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with diverse teams
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to address potential issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and forecasts
• Mentor and support junior project management staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of project management experience in the construction or real estate sector
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects effectively
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices, with relevant certifications such as PMP highly desirable
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools, with strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
