Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Qiddiya's project needs and overall vision
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification and selection to contract management and performance evaluation
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement trends
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, providing insights on market conditions and supplier performance
• Lead and motivate a high-performing procurement team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Implement innovative procurement practices and technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive procurement experience, with a background in large-scale projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors
• In-depth understanding of procurement methodologies and industry best practices
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relations effectively
• Proven ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
