Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Qiddiya's project needs and overall vision
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification and selection to contract management and performance evaluation
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and procurement trends
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, providing insights on market conditions and supplier performance
- Lead and motivate a high-performing procurement team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Implement innovative procurement practices and technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies throughout the procurement process
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive procurement experience, with a background in large-scale projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors
- In-depth understanding of procurement methodologies and industry best practices
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relations effectively
- Proven ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in leading diverse teams and fostering professional development
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools to enhance operational effectiveness
