The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing project timeframes and budgets, ensuring diligent management and highlighting risks, challenges and mitigations.
• Leading project management for external/third-party clients from inception to post-completion, both individually and as part of a team.
• Ensuring successful project delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations, and communicating strategies across client, consultant and contractor teams.
• Promoting Mace’s “safety first” value by demonstrating visible safety behaviours, sharing lessons learned and applying the HSW framework to support staff wellbeing.
• Providing subject matter expertise to support broader Mace projects and initiatives.
• Managing client, consultant, and external stakeholder teams to ensure effective collaboration and project completion.
• Producing integrated design and authority programmes aligned with procurement and delivery schedules.
• Managing timely delivery across all phases. Overseeing sequencing, methodology and staging plan production.
• Aligning delivery with strategic priorities including construction to production, digital and data, service excellence, quality, assurance, and sustainability.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies, programmes, and initiatives.
• Managing, influencing, and negotiating with senior external stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Actively networking and leveraging best practices and resources from Mace group, centres of excellence, Mace way control centre, and knowledge hub.
• Driving continuous process improvement through lessons learned and best practice application.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Relevant professional membership.
• Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
