The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading strategy development, planning and delivery of annual business plan within time and budget.
• Defining and overseeing strategic design management across projects.
• Approving consultant appointments across workstreams as required.
• Building and managing internal/external design teams, ensuring clear deliverables and resource alignment.
• Acting as day-to-day operational lead for deployed design managers and resources.
• Presenting KPIs and management review data to senior leadership.
• Managing and influencing senior stakeholders, collaborating across teams to implement strategies and initiatives.
• Supporting business development and work-winning efforts.
• Driving process improvement and transformational change through best practices and lessons learned.
• Leading identification, development, and delivery of relevant training.
• Ensuring compliance with management systems and project roles throughout the lifecycle.
• Serving as the focal point for design issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Providing strategic direction for all design engineering activities, including external stakeholders.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, Common Data Environment (CDE), IFC, COBie and Classifications.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
