The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury -use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver MEP design elements of the business plan on time and within budget
• Lead and manages MEP design teams and daily operations across projects
• Present MEP KPIs and performance data to senior leadership
• Support business development and technical training in MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project responsibilities
• Act as the main contact for all MEP design-related matters
• Recommend improvements to MEP design processes and delivery plans
• Advise on procurement, contracts, and compliance for MEP works
• Promote technical excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Champion sustainability and carbon reduction across all project phases.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree qualification.
• Design Management experience
• Middle East Experience.
