Bio-Rad Laboratories is looking to recruit a motivated and result-oriented EMEA Channel Partner Management Associate Director who will be responsible for leading the Channel Management team to support the growth in the assigned channel while meeting performance targets and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The new colleague will report to the EMEA GCO Senior Vice-President of the organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Be accountable for Channel partners compliance and KPI management consistent with EMEA Sales Strategy and standards,
- Develop and execute the channel strategy and the distributor performance management strategies in conjunction with the Channels Sales team.
- Support the EMEA Channel Sales team in increasing share in the market, establishing company leadership and sustaining business growth. Develop and execute short- and long-term channel business plans. Collects and monitors forecasts for channel financial objectives
- Help managing Channel assets (people, financial and material) in a manner that meets or exceeds Bio-Rad profitability goals
- Manage channel pricing following the policies and standards of Bio-Rad and with a stewardship that creates long-term viability for the channel
- Contribute to Channel Partner performance monitoring and continuous improvement plan elaboration and execution, manage agreements life-cycle
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address satisfaction issues that are escalated in a prompt and non-defensive manner
- Build an environment that energizes team members to provide high quality, cost efficient, customer-directed service and to exceed channel performance targets.
- Build and lead the channel management team following human resources policies and standards (2-5 direct reports)
- Serves as an active member of EMEA leadership team including providing channel performance information in an accurate and timely fashion, and working with and supporting other EMEA leaders to share resources and approaches as needed to maximize revenues and profitability (sharing success approaches, problem-solving, coaching and mentoring).
- At least 10 years of sales experience with 5 years of general management or sales management experience with responsibility for the productivity or development of others
- Must have distribution channel experience
- Strong quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment
- May require basic laboratory skills, including sample preparation
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
