The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

We require an Associate Director - Construction to work on a stadium project in Riyadh. Ideally the candidate will have experience working in KSA and/or the Middle East region.

The candidate will have experience working on complex projects, with multiple stakeholders.

Stadium experience is preferable but not essential. A good all round construction delivery knowledge is required.

  • On behalf of external/third-party clients, you will oversee the project management of the project on an individual and team basis from inception to post-completion.

You’ll Need To Have

  • A degree qualification.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

You’ll Also Have

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the civil sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
