In this role, you will be responsible for owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem as described in the deliverable section below.
Being a part of the Customer Centric organization, a ABM should be able to help the assigned Certified Partners to create long-term and short-term Business Plans and identify key initiatives for the defined period which are going to impact and increase customer satisfaction, directly or indirectly. This includes what the partner aspires for and what should be the key focus areas of activities that will take the Certified Partner reach the aspiration within the set timeline.
Experience to bring with you- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or finance.
- IT hardware distribution /partner management exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good selling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Partner management.
- Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.
- Accounting knowledge & MS – Office skills.
- Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behaviour and SME Operations.
- Good understanding of the organization’s policies and processes related to customer and partner.
- Identify, recruit, and establish high potential partners for Tally and work with them closely to establish Tally as preferred selling product with them.
- Ensure delightful customer experience.
- Knowledge transfer and Implementation of organisational programs and policies with partners.
- Plan lead generation activities/events with partners to acquire new customers.
- Establish a periodic review cadence with partners.
- Ensure complete understanding of partner’s business operations, profile of customers etc.
- Publish work related updates to all the stake holders.
- Keep track and information about competitors and their activities in the market.
- Knowledge about the market trends and market dynamics in the operating segment.
