- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support, understanding their unique needs, and developing tailored solutions.
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and compliance with immigration rules.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate documentation to ensure client compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with government authorities, consulates, and network offices to monitor case progress and resolve issues.
- Provide expert advice to clients on processes, timelines, and potential risks, while delivering regular updates on case status.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure accurate record-keeping, including time management and billing activities.
- Support junior team members through training and knowledge-sharing.
- Stay informed on immigration laws, regulations, and trends to provide the most current advice and insights.
