Role Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to validate system design and ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Support consultant approvals for BMS products and systems.
- Drive sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Serve as the technical and commercial link between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable BMS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
- Promote Carrier’s BMS products, solutions, and value-added services in the market.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or low-current systems sales
- Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium).
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture, HVAC equipment, control logic, and DDC controllers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good time-management and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid driving license (usually required).
