- Administration of tender invitations received from receipt to submission
- Support in the submission of client’s requirements for vendor registrations
- Review and analysis of tender document and technical proposal received, making sure that that tender submission requirements are communicated to all stakeholders and are met in the submission
- Attend meeting / conference calls,
- coordinate with the client and the subcontractor or other parties with participation in the processing of the tender requirements
- Coordination, preparation and submission of Technical and Commercial Proposals in collaboration with all stakeholders and prepare responses to client pre and post tender clarifications.
- Document management of all tenders, contracts and registration to client including but not limited to recording and tracking of status.
