Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales associates
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, develop strategies to increase sales, and achieve targets
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well-presented
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in all cash transactions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
