The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and service-minded Assistant Staff Housing Manager to support the operations of our employee accommodation facilities at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Employee Housing Manager, you will assist in maintaining high standards of comfort, safety, and wellbeing in the housing complex while helping to plan engaging recreational activities that enrich the employee lifestyle experience.

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and service-minded Assistant Staff Housing Manager to support the operations of our employee accommodation facilities at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Employee Housing Manager, you will assist in maintaining high standards of comfort, safety, and wellbeing in the housing complex while helping to plan engaging recreational activities that enrich the employee lifestyle experience.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the day-to-day management of employee housing, ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort are consistently met.
- Supervise housing staff and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Monitor occupancy levels, room assignments, and arrival/departure schedules for new and existing employees.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining housing policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Act as the point of contact for employee housing inquiries and concerns, providing timely and efficient resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repairs and improvements.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support onboarding and team member welfare.
- Previous experience in staff accommodation, property management, or facilities coordination.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle employee concerns with empathy and discretion.
- Familiarity with safety standards, housing regulations, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
