Job Description

Parsons is looking to hire an Assistant Project Specialist. In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise reviewing interim payments of subcontractors and creating database check files to enable comparison between subcontractor records, Quantity surveyor records & the actual approved list.
• Preparing/organizing logs of the reports comparing budget, Actual Cost and Earned value Calculate CV, SV, CPI, SPI & ECAC.
• Supervise Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and
• prepare the report to the client, including performance, productivity, KPI Curve, and summary of the Projects.
• Monitor and review project development to provide actual information and areas of concern.
• Prepare reports that keep tracking for Variation orders.
• Checked all documents, including blueprints and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Proofread filenames, titles, and submittal details to streamline submittal and avoid rejection.
• Established and managed document distribution matrix and document control register.
• Managed technical documentation flow of engineering, project management and construction activities.
• Carefully review all documents and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• following up/organizing reports on the projects progress including actual progress vs plan progress.
• Monitor due dates and deadlines and ensure that contractor to submit all documents on time or early.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of related work experience is required.
• Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, and Excel).
