Trivandi provides advisory, design and delivery services across sport, events, live entertainment and venues. Founded in 2013 from the success of the London 2012 Games, we have grown to over 100 specialists across four global offices in London, Dubai, Riyadh and Brisbane, delivering over 300 projects in 29 countries.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated team member to support the team in the delivery of a variety of client projects and to support us to reach ambitious targets and to maintain our position as the global leaders in the delivery and operation of major events and venues.

This role has been created for a highly motivated, proactive, driven and dynamic individual who is adept at office-based project work including documentation & reporting with strong attention to detail.

You will be exposed to a range of high-profile clients and projects, and we are, therefore, looking for an exceptional individual who is committed to help us continue to develop a world-class business. You will have good initiative, great work ethic, enjoy working in a team and have the capability to take us to new levels in high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Based in our KSA office, the focus of this role will be on oversight of projects and administrative tasks related to proposals, planning, scheduling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on the planning, management and coordination of events and projects.
  • Day to day event and project administration, project controls and reporting of progress on certain projects.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings and provide meeting notes and actions.
  • Support on briefing and working with sub-consultants and suppliers to ensure products or services are delivered on time and to the brief.
  • Produce documents such as PowerPoint decks, meeting agendas and minutes, project timelines and operating plans to a high standard.
  • Coordinating staff, contractors and volunteers for projects.
  • Respond to the needs of the team across a portfolio of events. This may include a range of duties, from coordinating travel arrangements through to attending meetings with clients.
  • Use of Project Planning software such as CMap, Worksuite, Smartsheets.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
  • A keen interest in the delivery of events and/or operational projects
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Flexibility to be able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
  • A high level of personal emotional intelligence to work with our teams on the ground as to their personal needs as well as that of the project.
  • Strong English Language writing skills and fluent in Arabic Language.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in an events or business management related subject.
