Working closely with Food Delivery Aggregators to drive long and short-term growth strategy in alignment with our operating model
Drive operational success by building strategic close partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders
Build and lead our local growth team that delivers a high-performance standard
Plays a key role in market expansion initiatives and develops new market plans through a transformative lens
Lead the business development, customer success, and brand on boarding.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth/market expansion role with a proven record of successfully driving growth operations.
Complete Channel Management of Aggregators.
Hands-on experience in managing teams across different markets/locations.
Driving Growth, Managing Monthly Sales Targets, and Planning and Execution of Promotional Campaigns.
Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
Analyze brand ratings and prepare strategies to improve them.
Excellent strategic vision; understands the direction of the business and industry; can articulate a vision to motivate and influence others.
Innovative thinker able to drive future engagement with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Proven ability to lead through change to support a culture of accepting missteps in order to achieve success.
Ability to develop a diverse team and source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining a personal network of contacts.
