Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems Development Deployment:

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product and process quality.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
  • Facilitate the deployment of quality systems across departments to ensure alignment and compliance.

Manufacturing Quality Support

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to monitor and improve manufacturing quality processes.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for quality issues.
  • Track and report on key quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and audit findings.

Audit Compliance Assistance

  • Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory and customer requirements.

Process Improvement Training

  • Contribute to process optimization and standardization efforts across manufacturing operations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to quality procedures and standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with RD, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout product development and manufacturing.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring quality readiness and system alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quality systems or manufacturing quality role, preferably in a tech or electronics environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
