Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Technology (Internal Audit). In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of our technological assets and processes.

Your insights will be invaluable in ensuring that technology operations align with our strategic objectives and comply with internal and external regulations. Working closely with various departments, you will help enhance risk management and drive continuous improvement within our technology frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits of IT processes and systems, focusing on identifying risks and compliance issues
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and recommend improvements for risk mitigation
  • Assist in the development of audit plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of technology and information security
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to communicate audit findings and support action plans
  • Review technology-related policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with best practices
  • Stay current on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and security
  • Support the training and development of audit team members in IT audit methodologies and tools
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required by the organization


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, IT audit, or technology risk management
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with IT audit tools and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, ITIL) are a plus
