What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain, maintaining systems & operating policies for effective procurement, accurate distribution, product compliance, forecasting, inventory, and replenishment at all levels.
• Monitor performance of the Supply Chain, develop budgets, and maintain them, and ensure timely and accurate information flows within and outside the Business.
• Manage the stock and planning management systems.
• Create a core master data warehouse platform.
• Educate and report all planning metrics.
• Ensure continuous and transparent feedback to the Business.
• Set and maintain agreed stock targets and re-order levels in conjunction with the Business.
• Set and maintain all transportation and storage targets and SLA’s in conjunction with the requirements of the division.
• Ensure that stocking policies result in a replenishment process that consistently delivers required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chain to stores.
• Co-ordinate with sales and operations planning by regularly reviewing systems and processes for distribution, product compliance, forecasting, inventory controls and scheduling, achieved through development of key performance indicators for each link in supply processes.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Commerce.
• Solid background and experience in Supply Chain Operations & Procurement within the F&B/FMCG industry.
• Deep knowledge of MENA laws for customs, food safety, and local regulations.
• Proactivity and logical thinking with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and Tech-adaptable.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills – having the ability to translate complex data patterns into everyday business processes, to summarize and present with clarity.
• Passion for commercials and supply chain system design.
• Display excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Must have an eye to detail and an effective negotiation style, strong analytical skills, and be able to make quick and effective decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately internally.
