Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement to optimize content and improve effectiveness
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and interacting with followers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in content creation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing practices
- Proven ability to create compelling content and drive audience engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and community engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
