About the role:
The Assistant Manager – SAP SuccessFactors PMGM will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s Performance and Goal Management processes. The role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules, while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure performance cycles, goals, and ratings are aligned with organizational objectives. This position plays a key role in system integration, user support, and continuous improvement of performance management practices across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) processes across the organization.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Success Factors PMGM modules, ensuring alignment with HR policies and business objectives.
- Partner with HR leadership to design and refine performance cycles, goal libraries, competencies, and rating frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration between PMGM and other Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, LMS, and Compensation.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PMGM users across the group.
- Deliver training, communication, and change‑management support to HR teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor HR Idocs, error handling and integration with S4.
Profile requirements:
- Fluent in spoken, written English. Knowledge of Arabic would be preferred.
- A University Degree from an internationally recognized institution preferably in the fields of Business, Engineering, Computer science, Information systems or similar degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Success Factors, including at least 3 years specializing in Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), with a strong track record configuring, optimizing, and supporting enterprise‑grade HR performance processes across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of performance cycles, goal plans, competencies, calibration, and rating methodologies.
- Proficient in Employee Central, with strong understanding of how EC data, workflows, and employee structures integrate with PMGM processes, forms, and permissions.
- Proficiency in Success Factors Admin Center, provisioning concepts, and permission frameworks.
- Ability to design and configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, workflows, and templates.
- Experience coordinating with IT, vendors, and implementation partners for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate insights.
- Working knowledge of SAP HCM, EC, ECP, LMS, REC, ONB, OFB & RMK is an advantage.
