The opportunity
EY’s Financial Services Consulting practice provides risk management support to banks, insurers, and asset managers. Our team includes individuals who have industry, client, and product knowledge as well as business, quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals. We are seeking agile individuals to join our team. Along with our team, you'll work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, in particular for insurance.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- In-depth knowledge and experience of IFRS 17
- 8 years of work experience
- Excellent academic background, a qualified Chartered Accountant or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics and Mathematics.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance operations in particular general insurance and reinsurance
- Seeking candidates skilled in enterprise risk management, with a background in insurance and familiarity with insurance risk regulations.
- Preference for individuals well-versed in Saudi insurance regulations
- Additional risk qualifications are considered an advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory educational requirement.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Skills in quantitative methods of finance will be an added plus.
- Ability to interact with teams at all hierarchical levels and work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
- Excellent business acumen
- Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English for both technical and business audiences
- Financial analysis, key performance indicators, and financial accounting.
