Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, update, and configuration of PMIS tools across various projects
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that PMIS aligns with project needs and objectives
• Provide ongoing training and support for team members to maximize the effectiveness of PMIS tools
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Coordinate with IT departments and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve PMIS-related issues
• Develop comprehensive documentation on PMIS processes, standards, and best practices
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in project management technologies and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in project management support or PMIS administration
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience with PMIS software and relevant project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams
