Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment, update, and configuration of PMIS tools across various projects
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that PMIS aligns with project needs and objectives
- Provide ongoing training and support for team members to maximize the effectiveness of PMIS tools
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with IT departments and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve PMIS-related issues
- Develop comprehensive documentation on PMIS processes, standards, and best practices
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in project management technologies and methodologies
- Assist in generating reports and insights for senior management regarding PMIS usage and performance results
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in project management support or PMIS administration
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience with PMIS software and relevant project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency in system integrations and user training methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance
