Qiddiya Investment Company is on the cutting edge of entertainment development in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager - IT Security Operation to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our information and IT infrastructure against internal and external threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your expertise in IT security will help us maintain a secure and resilient operating environment as we enhance our digital services and protect sensitive data. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that our IT security measures are effective and comprehensive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies, standards, and procedures to protect the organization's assets
  • Monitor security incidents and provide real-time threat analysis and incident response
  • Oversee and perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and manage security technologies and solutions
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for employees regarding IT security best practices and policies
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security procedures, incidents, and compliance reports
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and trends within the industry and recommend improvements as necessary
  • Work with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate new security tools and services


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT security operations, risk management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, standards (such as ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with security tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection)
  • Proficiency in conducting security assessments and risk analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to security
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
