Assistant Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Design

We are currently seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Assistant Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Design. In this role, you will support the design and management of our IT asset infrastructure, ensuring it meets operational needs and contributes to the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT asset infrastructure strategies and procedures
• Contribute to the management of the entire lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support technology assessments
• Help monitor IT asset inventories, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
• Support documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of IT asset data
• Monitor trends in technology and evaluate new tools or systems that can enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in conducting audits and assessments of IT assets to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Provide guidance and support to team members in IT asset management processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or related fields
• Strong fundamentals in IT infrastructure principles and asset management practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with IT asset management software and tools
