Qiddiya Investment Company is on the cutting edge of transforming entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - HRIS to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to enhance HR processes, reporting, and data management.

Your expertise will support our mission in streamlining HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in employee data management while providing critical insights to inform strategic decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate across departments to deliver solutions that enhance employee experience and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations
  • Perform system updates, configuration changes, and troubleshooting to enhance HR processes and reporting capabilities
  • Generate and analyze reports and metrics related to employee information, recruitment, performance, and other HR functions
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and implement HR technology solutions that support business needs
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users regarding HRIS usage and best practices
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of new HRIS modules or features in alignment with organizational goals
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in HRIS functionalities
  • Assist in developing process documentation, training materials, and user guides for HRIS management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HRIS management or HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data analytics
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, data management, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management and change management related to HR technologies is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications for data analysis
