We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Manager - Facility Management. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation and management of our facilities, ensuring that all services and operations meet high standards of quality and compliance.

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure peak performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs
- Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in developing and executing sustainability initiatives within the facilities
- Prepare reports and documentation related to facility operations and project updates
- Supervise and mentor junior facility management staff
- Plan and execute emergency preparedness and response drills
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in facility management or related fields
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management
