Assistant Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the planning and execution of enterprise-level infrastructure projects that are integral to our innovative initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that infrastructure solutions align with our business objectives and deliver high-quality services to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and management of enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide status updates
• Monitor project performance by gathering data, analyzing metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports
• Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal infrastructure delivery
• Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, best practices, and industry standards
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to support infrastructure initiatives and maintain effective relationships
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by analyzing current practices and suggesting enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure delivery or project management roles
• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficient in project management software and tools
