Assistant Manager, EcoSystem

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ecosystem strategies across the organization. This role will focus on maintaining a strategic relationship with diverse governmental authorities to facilitate access to incentive programs.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Facilitate ecosystem services projects, including planning, execution, and budgeting by applying ecosystem valuation techniques to support with assessing impact and value.

• Track and document project milestones, regulatory approvals, and progress on sustainability KPIs (carbon footprint, waste, energy use, etc.), ensuring adherence to strategic plans, timeline and quality standards.

• Set up and keep strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders—including government agencies, NGOs, suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and industry peers—to foster collaboration and support sustainability objectives and facilitate access to incentives programs.

• Help with defining opportunities and challenges in sustainability initiatives by engaging with stakeholders, conducting assessments, and drawing initial insights on project potential and risks.

• Track ecological health and environmental impact of activities, aiming to minimize CEER’s environmental footprint, and recommend mitigation measures.

• Report Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) indicators across operations, contributing to corporate sustainability goals.

• Apply evidence-based studies to clarify the intended impact of the development programs and initiatives related to ecosystem and sustainability.

• Help with the implementation of sustainability projects and ensure adherence to plans, timeline, and quality standards, and develop the required reports to report the status.

• Support with cross-functional projects, executive briefings, and stakeholder presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to integrate sustainable practices into product design and development.

Job Requirments

• Education: Bachelor's D;egree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent.
• Experience: 5 Years Minimum in a relevant field.
