You’ll be responsible for:

• Assist in the integration of multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

• Help manage design schedules to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Conduct design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.

• Provide administrative and technical support to the design team, including organizing meetings and tracking action items.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or design management.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design or design management.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in design management software and tools.

• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Skills in communication management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively due to the large number of consultants.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an added bonus.

• PMP certification or similar is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
