An exciting opportunity is available for Assistant III, Admin Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

Provides secretarial services to a middle to upper-level management position. Undertakes day to day communication with peers and subordinates of supervisor, with occasional contact with executive officers and clients. Has an understanding of the content of the principals job and method of operation, in addition to the operations and procedures of the department and organization. Typically requires significant secretarial experience.

Role responsibilities:

  • Organizes and maintains files of supervisors correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information.
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences.
  • Prepares routine letters and memoranda for principals review.
  • Prepares regular reports, gathering and summarizing data.
  • Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisors office and initiates any follow-up action.
  • Maintains appointment calendars

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Diploma Level Education and qualification
  • 4 years’ experience with a Diploma
