About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of the Assistant Director of Housekeeping

As an Assistant Director of Housekeeping your responsibility will be to ensure the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, and safety for all our guests, as expected. Maximize efficiency and productivity for the hotel housekeeping department. Ensure all public areas are clean and maintained. Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service and handle all inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Knowledge And Skills

• College degree in hospitality management
• 5 years’ experience in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the Housekeeping aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and generally learn on-the-job.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner.
• Previous supervisory experience.
