Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assist Specialist / Coordinator Position (Saudi Citizens) to join our team! In this role you will will work under the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), providing essential support in reporting, monitoring, and following up on tasks to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain regular reports on project progress, milestones, and deliverables for EPMO management.
• Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance with established timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to gather updates and resolve pending issues.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for EPMO-related activities.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in coordination, reporting, or project support roles (preferably within PMO/EPMO environments).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power Bi, AI Tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic speaker).
