Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

Your day involves assembling and testing gas turbines and compressors with precision, meeting top-quality standards for industries like Power Generation and Oil & Gas. How You Will Make An Impact
- Perform mechanical assembly, packaging, and testing of gas turbines and compressors for industries such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional Siemens Energy team to achieve high-quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and inclusiveness while working with the Siemens Energy package assembly team.
- Assemble complex systems, including motors, compressors, gearboxes, lube oil systems, piping, instrumentation, and electrical components, often for large-scale packaged systems weighing over 200,000 kg.
- Plan daily activities, follow detailed assembly instructions, use specialized tools, maintain accurate quality records, and ensure tools and equipment are prepared for assembly tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, EHS, and QMS requirements, while monitoring key performance indicators such as non-conformance items, on-time delivery, and safety actions.
- Qualification in packaging production or engineering, with hands-on experience in assembly and packaging of rotating equipment (e.g., pipework, welding, electrical, and instrumentation systems).
- Knowledge of industry best practices, international standards, and field service experience with gas turbines or compressors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English, with Arabic language skills preferred.
- Demonstrates proactivity, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong team player and communicator, fostering a "speak-up" culture and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Eager to learn, develop professionally, and maintain a quality-focused mindset.
