Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of analyzer houses, cabinets, and sample conditioning systems.
• Manage a team of integration technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure project schedules are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, instrumentation, automation) to ensure interface compatibility and project alignment.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical reviews, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and installation support.
• Troubleshoot system integration issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation including wiring diagrams, loop drawings, instrument datasheets, and test protocols.
• Train junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience:

• 25+ years of experience in analyzer systems and integration, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Hands-on experience with process analyzers (GCs, O2 analyzers, IR/UV, pH, moisture, etc.) and sample handling systems.
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and analyzer technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with hazardous area classifications (ATEX, IECEx, NEC).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPC or brownfield/greenfield project environments.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Office and field work, including visits to fabrication facilities, testing centers, and customer sites.
• May involve occasional travel and extended hours during critical project phase
