What You’ll Do?
The Area Sales Manager will support and generate STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the Trade in Saudi Arabia. The job role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial business objectives, developing communication strategies to improve relationships with trade partners, managing operational requirements of the market, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market requirements. The position holder will be responsible to drive all product promotions, brand management and consistently maintain merchandising standards; develop, manage, and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer focus, key account management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They must demonstrate planning and implementation skills, integrity, and high energy and enthusiasm. Essential experience includes planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising, along with strong relationship-building skills to engage clients and collaborate with dealers. The candidate should also possess commercial awareness, the ability to identify market opportunities, and a willingness to learn new strategies for market growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales through our partners in Saudi Arabia to the trade channel and ensure achievement of targets i.e., monthly, quarterly, annually through development, effective participation and coordination of sales strategies and activities.
- Scope for additional opportunities that can give incremental growth – related to product expansion and / or distribution channel expansion.
- Develop, supervise, co-ordinate and participate in sales and promotion programs aimed at market penetration, acquisition, and growth.
- Liaise with Distributors team to ensure fulfilment of orders through the channel partners to Dealers.
- Monitor sales and market share and implement strategies to counter downturns.
- Manage the briefing process, day to day evaluation, co-ordination, and control of support agencies in delivering campaigns.
- Manage marketing support and promotion materials.
- Develop branding communication specific to channels.
- Effectively monitor and control sales programs and projects.
- Execute projects aimed at quality acquisition, growth, and retention of customers.
- Advise on appropriate products for the market.
- Drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure application of company values on work activities.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Communication: Effective in conveying information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach to drive conversions and support events and training.
