Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales performance and expand presence in the regional market. Based in Jeddah, this role focuses on managing dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the growth of the furniture fittings and architectural hardware business in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of business objectives and sales targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to strengthen market presence.
• Conduct monthly sales meetings to report on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
• Identify business opportunities and projects that contribute to growth.
• Prepare accurate and timely statements/reports in line with departmental policies and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Sales experience, preferably in Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware.
• Must be currently based in Jeddah with a valid driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree: Engineering or related technical background preferred.
• Certifications in sales, negotiation, or leadership are a plus.
• Salesforce or CRM-related certifications are an advantage.
