Our Partner is a prestigious jewelry chain operating in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, known for its exquisite craftsmanship and luxury retail experience. We are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join their team in Saudi Arabia, delivering unparalleled customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. As an Area Manager, you will lead the operations of three jewelry stores across Riyadh, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, team performance, and sales growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with jewelry or high-end luxury retail management experience, capable of driving strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performing team culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of three jewelry stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance, including sales, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis for each store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and local regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and market presence.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional strategies with company objectives.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in jewelry or high-end luxury retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or regional role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, market trends, and customer expectations in the luxury sector.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel across Saudi Arabia to oversee multiple store locations.
