About The Opportunity:

As part of our expanding footprint in the region, we are currently seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to support the delivery and oversight of a key infrastructure package under our Technical Services Provider (TSP) contract. This position is site-based in Riyadh, supporting secure infrastructure works for one of our government clients. As the Architectural Engineer, you will act on behalf of the client to provide oversight, assurance, and technical input across all phases of the Design & Build contractor’s delivery. Your contributions will help ensure the project meets its quality, safety, compliance, and performance requirements.

The Architectural Engineer supports the review and assurance of architectural design and implementation across the infrastructure programme. Acting on behalf of the client under the TSP contract, this role ensures that the contractor’s architectural proposals are functionally compliant, aesthetically aligned with project standards, and integrated with structural, MEP, and security requirements. The Architectural Engineer participates in design reviews, material submittal assessments, a construction site inspections, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings to ensure architectural integrity throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure works.
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
  • Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and test plans as applicable.
  • Participate in inspections, reviews, and quality/safety audits.
  • Report progress, issues, and risks to the project leadership team.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Architecture, or HSE depending on role).
  • 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure or secure projects.
  • Familiar with Saudi regulations and international standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience with secure site protocols is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting technical oversight, design review, or quality control on government or defence-related projects.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Experience working with or alongside Design & Build contractors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in secure or regulated environments.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
