Architectural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Engineer to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will not only play a key part in the design and development of a variety of building projects, but you will also be instrumental in our business development efforts. You will collaborate with internal departments and other stakeholders to ensure the structural integrity, functionality, and code compliance of building systems, while also proactively seeking out new work opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and modify architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and research potential new projects and clients that align with the company's expertise
• Assist in securing new contracts and expanding the company's project portfolio
• Stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations
• Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements
• Participate in project meetings and discussions
• Assist team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct site visits as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in related roles within Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Capable of utilizing common Microsoft Office software (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong English language proficiency
