Architectural BIM Modeler

The Architectural BIM Modeler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating accurate architectural BIM models in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). The role involves close coordination with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure spatial coordination, constructability, and compliance with project standards and required Levels of Development (LOD).

• Develop detailed and accurate architectural BIM models including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views in line with project scope
• Prepare and maintain architectural BIM models in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure proper alignment of levels, grids, openings, and interfaces
• Understand architectural design intent, layouts, and spatial requirements to support effective coordination and clash detection
• Model and adjust architectural elements to accommodate structural and MEP systems during coordination
• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and coordination comments
• Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards and required LOD levels
• Assist in extracting architectural drawings, schedules, and quantities from the BIM model when required

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of architectural BIM workflows and detailing standards
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit Architecture, Navisworks)
• Good understanding of structural modelling principles and multidisciplinary coordination workflows
• Experience working on multidisciplinary BIM projects
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team
